What it is
PlainSift is a static set of 16 list operations and a pipeline that can combine up to ten of them. It keeps transformations reviewable: you paste source text, choose steps, run them deliberately, and see the complete output before copying or downloading it.
The public guide is hosted separately from the workspace. That cross-origin boundary prevents the public page from reading pasted text. The workspace has no advertising, analytics, remote fonts, user accounts, storage, or network connection for processing.
What it is not
PlainSift is not an AI writing service, a CSV parser, a publishing platform, or a place to save and share documents. It does not infer intent, correct spelling, translate text, or send content to a model. Shuffle is the only intentionally nondeterministic operation.
Operation
The site is operated under the name PlainSift. Privacy, security, legal, and factual correction messages can be sent to [email protected]. Real-world operator and contact details are kept in the repository’s admin configuration so the owner can update them without editing page templates.
